Rojas Villarreal is a Texas chicano transplant to the Los Angeles music scene using lyrics as a new medium for storytelling. Having written and directed several Spanish language feature films capturing his Texas border culture and Mexican heritage, he's enjoying the directness of expressing his personal experiences to music rooted in the same blended culture and sharing more directly with audiences like himself who feel "ni de aqui, ni de alla."
